Come refresh your knowledge of anatomy to enhance your teaching! Deepening your understanding of the structure of the body (bones, muscles, movements, and actions) will help you in developing sequences that benefit your students and keep the body in balance. In this four-session workshop (2 hours/session), we will cover the major sections of the body (including the torso, shoulder girdle, pelvic girdle, and arms/wrists/legs/ankles) and discuss how they relate to an asana practice. Grab a friend, and come learn, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of anatomy to better serve your students!
